SINGLE COPY END USER LICENSE


THIS IS A SINGLE COPY SOFTWARE LICENSE granted by
Novell, Inc. ("Novell"). The software in this package
is licensed to you as the end user. It is not sold.

1.0 The Software enclosed in this package is
copyrighted material. Once you have paid the required
single copy license fee, you may use the software for
as long as you like provided you do not violate the
copyright and if you follow these simple rules.

1.1 You may use the Software on any computer for
which it is designed so long as no more than one
person uses it at any one time. You must pay for
additional copies of the Software if more than one
person will be using it at the same time on one or
more computers.

1.2 You may make no more than three (3) copies of the
Licensed Software for backup purposes and all such
copies, together with the originals, must be kept in
your possession or control. You may only transfer the
Software to another if you transfer the originals and
all copies retaining no copies for yourself.

1.3 You may not make any changes or modifications to
the Licensed Software, and you may not decompile,
disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the
Software. You may not rent or lease it to others. You
may not use it on a computer network unless only one
person can use it at a time.

2.0 This Software is Commercial Computer Software
under Federal Government Acquisition Regulations and
Agency supplements to them. The software is provided
to the Federal Government and its agencies only under
the Restricted Rights Provisions of the Federal
Acquisition Regulations applicable to commercial
computer software developed at private expense and
not in the public domain. The use, duplication, or
disclosure by the Government is subject to
restrictions set forth in subdivision (c)(1)(ii) of
the Right in Technical Data and Computer Software
clause at DFARS 252.277-7013 (October 1988) and FAR
52.277-19 (c) (June 1987).

3.0 Novell's and/or Novell's Licensor's liability is
limited by the enclosed Limited Warranty. In no case
shall Novell's and/or Novell's Licensor's liability
exceed the license paid for the right to use the
Licensed Software or one Hundred Dollars ($100),
which ever is greater.

4.0 This License constitutes the entire agreement and
understanding between the parties and supersedes any
prior agreement or understanding whether oral or
written, relating to the subject of this License. This
Agreement may only be modified by a written agreement
by Novell.

5.0 Export. Novell can only make the Software available
pursuant to a valid export license. Consequently, Your
reseller will refund any fees paid to you if it is
unable to obtain an export license to ship the Software
to you. Your sole remedy for Novell's failure to obtain
an export license is a refund. You hereby agree that
you will not knowingly, directly or indirectly, without
prior written consent, if required, of the Office of
Export Licensing of the U.S. Department of Commerce,
Washington D.C. 20230, download, export, transmit or
transfer the Software or materials obtained via the
Service to any group Q, S, W, Y, or Z country specified
in the Export Administration Regulations issued by the
U.S. Department of Commerce or to any country to which
such transmission is restricted by applicable
regulations or statutes.
